1. All appointments must be scheduled online.
2. Due to Covid-19/Coronavirus a mask must be worn and temperature checks will be preformed.
3.If you need to reschedule for any reason please notify us 24 hours in advance.
4.We ask that new clients arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the necessary forms before treatment
5.All services include a free consultation
6.You will be given a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. Anything after 10 minutes you will charge a $10 fee after 30 minutes your appointment is canceled.
7.No Refunds!! for late or missed appointments (We must be notified in advance if you need to reschedule)
8.Add on services may be added to your appointment if time permits.
9.We accept Debit/Credit, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle or Cash.
10.We ask that you not bring any extra guest.(Unless you are the parent/guardian of a minor child)
11.A valid ID/DL is required at the time of service.
12. We have the right to refuse service.If you arrive to your appointment and we feel that you may be at risk of spreading infection you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
